GENERAL COURSE INFORMATION
Real estate sales associates and brokers in Florida must complete 14 hours of approved continuing education courses during their second and subsequent renewal periods, as well as pass end-of-course exams. The required 14 hours consists of 11 hours of specialty credit and 3 hours of Florida law.
This course follows an interactive approach to the 14-hour Florida continuing education requirement, offering timely information to licensees in concise and well-organized chapters. The course combines lessons that students can review at their own pace, up to five types of interactive exercises, instructional graphics, and useful and thought-provoking exam questions.
Students should follow the timeline as they proceed through the course. The course includes an end-of-course exam on which students must score a minimum of 80% in order to successfully complete the course.
Students must conduct themselves in an ethical and professional manner in connection with the course and the school. Please note also that course fees are nonrefundable and that the course must be completed within one year from the date of enrollment.
