GENERAL COURSE INFORMATION
Because Real Estate Brokers and Sales Associates may only maintain involuntary inactive licenses for two years, a real estate sales associate or broker in Florida must complete 28 hours of an approved reactivation education course: if it has been more than 12 months but less than 24 months since the sales associate or broker did not renew his or her license and it became involuntarily inactive.
Students should follow the Timeline below as they proceed through the course. The course includes a 50-question end-of-course exam on which students must score a minimum of 70% in order to successfully complete the course. Students must conduct themselves in an ethical and professional manner in connection with the course and the school. Please note also that course fees are nonrefundable and that the course must be completed within one year from the date of enrollment. Completion certificates are issued to students and filed with the state promptly following course completion.
